The DXE/NT Telephony Server is a Windows NT based telephony platform running within an industrial strength PC Server.
DXE/NT leads the way in offering users an open platform in an age where the norm is to lock the end user into buying closed proprietary solutions which limit customer choice and options.
With a Windows Based Configuration and User Interface the DXE NT Telephony Server offers a leading edge platform to those users who want more control of their telephone system and how they support it. Because the PBX is just another LAN Server it can be managed just as easily by your staff who look after your LAN.
Open Telephony based on PC standards offers closer integration between telephony and data resources with the DXE/NT becoming the Telephony Server alongside the existing file server.
System reliability is enhanced by using a dedicated PC chassis. However the ability to use standard PC parts allows the configuration of a system with levels of reliability and redundancy unknown ion any type of telephone system:
- Dual Processors
- Hot Swappable Power Suppliers
- Configuration Backup to other file server
- Dual Hard Drives/RAID Arrays
With the implementation of Web based Java applets DXE/NT offers an proven (based on 4000 installations) open telephony platform in advance of any alternative product.
